How long does it take before my web site is indexed on the search engines and directories?
We will submit your site to more than 1,000 search engines and directories within 5 days of receiving your submission request. It may take up to 3-6 weeks for your site to appear in some search engines and directories due to delays in processing new registrations by the search engines themselves.

What is the difference between automatic registrations and manual registrations?
Major search engines (the top 10 mainly) will generally ignore automatic registrations. However with the 100's of 'second tier' search engines the result is exactly the same if you had done the registrations manually, and an automatic submission saves time in researching and registering with each of the smaller search engines and directories.

How often is your sumbission database updated?
Our submission database is updated weekly as search engines come and go. With new ones appearing all the time this is a good reason for signing up for our monthly service in order to catch the new ones as they appear.

How do I know I have been registered and that my site has been listed?
We send you an email confirming that your registration has been processed. The only way to view your link with a specific search engine or directory is to go to the search engine or directory and do a search for your site. Please remember that it often takes a few weeks for a listing to make it into a search engine.

Will I receive junk mail from search engines and directories?
No. We use a unique email address of our own when we submit your site in order to specifically avoid you receiving the up to 700 emails generated by the submission run itself, and the stream of ongoing junk mail that results from the registration.

Do my registrations expire?
There is no set time limit, since sites typically have differing policies. Directories and search engines such as AltaVista and Lycos are "permanent" as long as your site is live, whereas others may be temporary because they feature your site for one day on their home page and then provide an ongoing link from their permanent list, or because they typically only feature each site for a short period of time. It is very individual. Our monthly services ensures that your site is regularly re-listed with sites that only carry temporary or short term listings.

How often should I re-submit my website?
A good rule of thumb is to re-register monthly and also any time that you have major changes done to your site. You will then make sure that you get new or revised keywords and keyword structures re-indexed.

Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every time we charge your credit card, we will send you an electronic email invoice, including your specific payment details.

How do I update my contact and credit card details?
Should you need to update your contact and/or credit card details feel free to contact us with your new details.

How do I cancel my submission service registration?
We do not do recurrent billing. Your registration with the monthly program is charged for 3 months (non-refundable). At the end of the 3 month period you will receive an email from us inviting you to re-register for another 3 month period if you wish. If you decline, or do not re-register, no further charges will be made to your credit card.
