Linking To Your IStock Work From An External Site Using HTML Links
There are often times when you need to direct someone to your work on IStock by placing a link in a web page or in an email. It may be to promote your work on IStock from your own web site, send a client to IStock to view specific images (yours or somebody elses), or simply to brag to your Mum about your latest digital triumph.
The examples shown below are intended for linking to your own IStock work, but you could also substitute the details of other members, lightboxes set up by other people, or images that aren't yours.
The following colours and naming conventions are used in the examples shown below:
- ImageID - The 6 (or 7) digit reference number of your image
- LightboxID - The 5 (or 6) digit reference number of your lightbox
- MemberName - Your name on IStock
Use the HTML link generators shown below to create links to lightboxes, profiles, portfolios and images on IStock at www.istockphoto.com. For UBB link generation see the UBB IStock Link Generator page.
